Hmm. No real clue about value to collectors yet. This price that it went for is about equivalent to the combined cost of the 5 most expensive razors I have, plus my 1956 SS. So for my instruction, how much would you expect something like this to sell for?

There was one listed about 8 or 10 months ago. It had a reserve and was listed by a member of The Shave Den. He set the reserve VERY high just to see what someone was willing to pay. I was the high bidder throughout the auction. In fact if i remember correctly, my bid was $100-$200 higher than the next person. I don't think I came even close to busting the reserve. I would still love to own this set. If it was one of our members: hint, hint.

I wish I would have seen this auction. I completely missed it.
