The one on the left is a Gillette the other is personner

Please provide more photos of the Gillette showing the head details. You show a head that is even partially hidden.
From this angle the head looks like the post-1961 Tech type. The handle is the one that was manufactured in Europe and South America only.
If there is a Gillette logo on the cap it does matter too. And if there is one, we need to see it.
Also check if there is a year code on the bottom plate. If there is it will be a letter and a number.

Without these details it is not possible to narrow down the period.

The other one looks and sounds like a Personna branded Star 100 / PAL.
