SE Sunday shave, March 31st 2024

Razor : Yaqi Excalibur SE 50mm AC type with a Yaqi Milano 316 SSP handle. Mfg 2021>, tame mid range. Simple blade clamping system with small head parts. I like to work on a wash cloth when assembling for more ease. Very affordable razor head if a person decides to venture into AC blade type razors. Had a close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Kai Captain titian milds(3) sharp and smoooth with reasonable longevity.
Soap : Cyril R Salter Wild rose cream, nice fragranced rose scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Artic sky" 24mm 3band silvertip badger. Excellent lather generator, luxury pillow like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + great lather painter. Great all around shave brush for my shave needs.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Nivea refreshing aftershave lotion + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Yaqi Excalibur SE razor with a Kai Titian mild blade.

Soap: Ethos “Tonka Bean 🫘 “ 2024 F Base, liked this soap so much used it two days in a row.
Razor: WR2 Ti SB 1.25 w/ Timeless Ti Crown Handle


One caveat on the Tonka Bean, 🫘 I could not use this soap everyday on my skin, two in a row is probably max, I can feel it sting slightly on the third lather of the second day, not a real big deal.

Now the skin food is another story, it will burn a little even if you have not shaved recently, what I did was cut it 50/50 with Lucky Tiger now it is perfect.
