Proraso Blue - a Dud Sample?

I have never had a problem with proraso blue cream.
On top of what others have said in terms of using more I would like to add don't add too much water especially to start with.
Another reason (maybe not this time) could be that your brush(es) need to be cleaned/washed.

I used Proraso Blue today after a long time. I almost forgot how great it is. What a marvellous cream!
