My @Blackland Razors collection is starting to take shape too. Machined stainless being the finish of choice.

My Blackland journey started in August 2022 with the purchase of a satin finished Ti. I used it as my daily driver for 60 straight days when I first received it. I loved the BB, but the satin finish, not so much. Sold it to fund the purchase of a polished Ti, which IMO is the best looking version. The BB became my best shaver, at the time, with around 100 shaves so far. Then in July of this year my SO surprised me with a SS Vector in machined finish. This razor has now usurped the Blackbird as the numero uno razor in my den. Now the Sabre has arrived in machined finish today so I'm looking forward to putting it into rotation.

Had it, sold it. I also replaced the BB Ti with a polished Ti Vector.

Is there a noticeable performance improvement in the Ti Vector over the SS?

I don't really think so. It's quite obvious the Ti is lighter and I do add a bit of pressure while shaving, but it isn't much. The SS has enough heft to it that all I need to do is guide the razor to get the job done. I'm perfectly happy with the SS and it could be my sole AC razor, but I'm glad I don't have to make that choice.

The machined stainless versions work great for me but I’ll admit to being TI curious. The polished TI looks the business.
