Homemade Salad Dressings

I pour "enough" EVOO on the salad, and then pour "enough" balsamic vinegar on it, and then toss the salad.

Done.
I do this as well, especially if it’s just my salad. I often just use a little olive oil, if it’s a good one, with salt and pepper to finish.
 
We make a roquefort-like dressing with whole milk, mayo, cottage cheese, and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix. Very flavorful.
