I finally finished up my restore on my Lucite Ever-Ready 1000 A brush. I drilled out the original pure badger knot that was wore out and enlarged the hole to take a 24mm knot. I hand sanded the hole and gave it a coat of black paint and set a 24 mm TGN extra stuffed super silver tip knot at 51mm loft. The handle was hand buffed with 3 stages of Novus plastic polish and then two coats of wax. The handle has some small internal spider webs that look like black marks in the photos, but you have to hold it in the light to see them in person.
