Doma SE Swedish Safety Razor in its original travel case.

Hello guys,

I thought some on here might like to see this razor as it's not seen all at often, the razor it's self is in very good condition and 5 blades as well. All in its original travel case. From the 1930's I think.

It's not something I will keep but it's a fine tool, I'd say 3 blade a very sharp but not shave ready, the steel is very very hard and I was thinking about getting it shave ready but I just have not got the time if all my other razors activities.

You change the blade by pushing the button at the bottom up into the handle which pops up a locator type part at the top, slide the blade in and release the button, I'll do a video of it though as it deserves it and as the say a picture paints a thousand words..

Hope you like the photos. 👍

Great find !.... Did you find this on Tradera ? ...... A good massage with Blue Magic polish will restore the original lustre , let us know how it shaves !

Ive listed this on ebay this week as it's not something I collect, my passion is in Straights but it was a nice find and I wanted to get it to see how it works, I was interested in the mechanics of it and the blades. I just did a Youtube video about it also to collate it for me. It's a very well made shaving tool. I'll keep in contact with who buys it and see if they get it shaving or just want want it for their collection.

I found this in Finland.
