Old Fogies Club: What was your workout today?

50 minutes on the Peloton.
A 20 minute low impact ride to make sure a sore knee wasn't going to act up, then a regular 30 minute 80s rock session.

I got a titanium hip about 90 days ago. After a few months of inactivity before the hip replacement, it feels like it's been harder to get my conditioning back than it was to build up the conditioning in the first place. Maybe I'm just getting old.
