Excellent portrait, Søren. The balancing of color and form is quite well done.

Excellent early morning shave today. The Wilkinson Pall Mall continues to impress. I'm starting to rethink this Modern is better than Vintage thing here. It's been that good.
Have a great day and weekend Gents. May your shaves be awesome!!:punk:

Catching the light at just the right moment is integral in your finely designed photos, Gus. You score again. Some vintage razors are certainly hard to beat.

Superb close-in pic, Freddie. Like the placement of the brush behind the EdT and the resultant bleeding color. I love that razor handle. Was The Joker a good finisher for the Fat and the Osage Rub?

Comments:
I'm a natural wet shaver och just have a "lucky" non-sensitive face, you can see that this products are in the cheap category nevertheless I accomplished a smooth shave, ironically the one product here which is the most expensive is the one that disappointed me and that's the EJ shaving cream, the lathering was no so impressive and the scent was really not there. Proraso and even Bulldog are much better products.

The Chinese razor has a nice weight but is a bit difficult to load and is much less aggressive than the EJ DE89 hence almost no contact with the blade, I struggled with the angle but and the ATG pass was ok.

Totally fun this new hobby...
Have a nice shave gents!

Like your alignment, Alex. Too bad about the Edwin Jagger cream. I've never used an EJ cream or soap. I understand it does take some time to get a good lather from the soap pucks so maybe the creams take more time also.

Razor: 1960 Gillette Fatboy (F2)
Blade: Gillette Nacet
Brush: Omega 22mm Boar
Post: Alum Block/Nivea Cooling Sensitive Post Shave Balm

Talc: Clubman
Hair Tonic: Jeris (non-oil)

Nice relaxing Saturday morning shave, I got to try out the Fatboy for the first time and I was very impressed. Amazing how well this 56-year-old razor performs. I kept it nice and calm and never went above the "3" setting, I ended up doing a 2 pass shave and was very smooth. The Cella always makes me smile at the ease of lathering, the slickness, and that smell. This is my on call weekend so I am off to work, until the next SOTD, Enjoy your day Gentlemen.

Attractive layout, Chris. The picture as backdrop adds a bit of depth to your photo. I agree, the Fatboy does give a fine shave.
