A number of discussion threads occasionally become silly, or start out silly, or have been silly for a very long time. These threads are moved to the Clown House to mark them as "not only belonging in the Barber Shop, but silly."

As much of Badger and Blade is devoted to earnest (though not necessarily dry or dour) discussion of shaving, it makes sense to compartmentalize the social threads from the shaving threads.
