Description: Three piece design, top blade holder has one threaded prong (for handle). Four corners have small lugs to position the blade. Bottom plate has a closed safety bar, centre is embossed with a recessed diamond (looking from above), stamped "Made in England". Handle is patterned with a three lined "basket weave" design, single knurled ring at the end.
