Ingredients
- 1/2 c. flour, sifted
- 1/2 c. buckwheat flour
- small handfull oat bran
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbl sugar
- 2 Tbl vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. buttermilk
Method
- Blend dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients and mix until just incorporated.
- Alow to stand for 10 min.
- Cook on hot greased griddle.
Serve with maple syrup and bacon
