Zurich Gillette Super Silver blades

Hi, I’m new here and trying to learn. Read what I can find.

I was in Zurich and bought some DE blades to get started wet shaving.

The packing card is marked Gillette Super Silver on the front and on the back says:

Distributed by Gillette Brussels
Rijswijk ZH, Wiener Neudorf, Zurich.

The actual blades are marked only Gillette with 1,2,3&4 on edges.
They aren’t marked Platinum or otherwise.

Could these be desirable Scandinavian Gillette blades I read about?

Anyone tried them?

Headed for Oslo, not sure what to buy.

Sorry, I can't answer your inquiry. How do they shave?

Doesn't sound like them. The packaging for the Swedes has a bunch of Swedish cities on the distribution list, and there is nothing on the front but "Gillette". Blue cardboard backing card, comes in a pack of 5.

These came on a red card in 10 packs. Front of card just marked Gillette Super Silver.

They shave nice and close up I'm brand new to this real shaving and no frame of reference. Haven’t tried any of the others you guys mentioned.

I also found one Wilkinson Sword Classic 10 blade pack. Back of yellow card reads Solingen, Germany. Haven’t tried them yet.

I'll keep an eye out for the blue carded Gillettes in Norway.
