Zenith B-30

THIS is a boar brush, and I'm very interested if anyone has tried it out. I would pull the trigger but the seller's caveat that this would make a great "travel brush" causes hesitation. I'm looking for a daily driver. Love boars; have a Semogue wooden boar now.

Why do you need a second brush if you have one already?

I have this one and used if for a number of years. Great for face lathering. I moved on from it when I switched to bowl lathering as I found the handle too short. Great knot.

I agree with @silverlifter from his post above, I don’t see why you’d have any issue using this regularly. It looks like the loft is shorter than a lot of other boars, so that would probably be considered a good characteristic for travel from a space standpoint and I’d guess that’s why they include “travel” in their item description.
(Personally I wouldn’t consider most any boar an optimal travel brush, because of drying time)

no idea why anyone would nominate this brush a travel brush (anyone who used it at least once). do not use it for travel, it takes 2 days to dry completely (as do all big boars). The size would be good for travel, but the knot is not ideal for that purpose.
This brush is called the 506All by Zenith (you can see it on the bottom of the box), excellent boar, super soft, dense, lot of backbone. it needs a lot of soap to work well though. The handle is comfortable, and build quality is good.

You cannot go wrong with any Zenith brush. I have several badger and boar. They all punch way about their weight class. After using one I start to question the value of my more expensive brushes.
