Went there today. I spent $60. My choices were decidedly conservative.

Proraso Red cream.

Cella aftershave splash.

A tuck each of Nacet, Treet, and Polsilver Iridium.

A couple bars of bath soap. Lavender d' Provence and Via Mercato No. 3.

Decided against any new "hardware". And I just don't trust artisanal soaps. I'm pretty much just "establishment" when it comes to soaps and splashes.

Didn't see them. Sounded like two Puerto Rican girls at the back counter, who kept up a lively conversation with a woman who could've been Seinfeld's grandmother.

Front counter was an older woman of indeterminate national origin.

I enjoyed every minute.
