Dull yet interesting
It's impossible to photograph mine because they're all in black sealed plastic bags. But I do keep a spread sheet. Here are a couple of screen shots of a portion of it:

SHAVING BAGS - 1.jpg

SHAVING BAG 3.jpg

Haha - I don`t feel worthy in all your illustrious, esteemed and knowledgeable company - most of my razors, plus colognes, brushes, travel razor kits etc fit in three big leather toiletry bags and most are Chinese wonders or bargain Vintage scrapers.

I can shave with any DE razor and even bargain basement well-honed straights but lately I`ve got a few more decent blades.

200 Torpedo Lieres carbons
100 Feathers
100 Treet Black carbons
100 London Bridges
100 Lord Rainbows
50 Med Preps
100 Wilkinson Swords
200 Suneko

About a hundred more unbranded and blades from everywhere but I want more very Vintage (40`s - 60`s) uncoated carbons and I`m deffo gonna get a few more hundred Wilki`s - love `em to bits.

I have about sixty bars of toilet/bath/shaving stick soap/whipped soap tubs and 10 litres of Castile liquid soap base plus 2KG loaf of Savon de Marseille and 3 mature Savon d`Aleps that were dear but worth it.

At my age, with all the water under the bridge, I don`t need anymore shaving tackle - I`m 59 next Friday - but young at heart !

This is what`s in two identical baqs amateur - I have a third leather bag on order for my shaving butter and Arabian colognes.

I have another 500 blades dispatched and 400 are on order plus another 4 razors are in the post - arriving next week.

That`s not all of it - I`ve got about 20 other vintage and new razors, 3 more razor travel kits, 50 lbs of varied soap - some at $15 for one bar plus electric trimmer and battery shavers, mirrors, scissors, shaving oil etc

Erm allsorts amateur - I`ve got a tiny bathroom so there`s no space anywhere.
I have four razors at the side of the bath - no space on the windowsill and so the bags are in the bathroom cupboard.

The bags contain Travel razor grooming kits, blades, aftershaves, cut-throat straight razors, leather strops etc.

I collect other sharpies as well - about 500-600 kitchen knives and scissors - I`ve got no more room in my 3-bed house !
Lotta Rainbows. Very nice.

I used to inventory my blades at the beginning of every year, until we sold the house and downsized to an apartment 4 years ago. All I know is that, even tossing every blade after one use, I'll be dead before I ever run out.
Oh njpaddy I`ve got a confession - I`ve died and come back a few times so I might be a zombie shaver - you never know - even with warm feet lol.

Diphtheria, whooping cough and double pneumonia - 3 times - had 3 emergency tracheotomies.
Got blown up by a landmine in Ramallah - West Bank - still deaf
Drowned in pool in Turkey `98
Stroke about 4-5 years ago
Heart stopped on holiday at my Brothers about 10-15 years ago - zapper in the newsagents.
Covid and cough stopped my heart 3-4 years ago - paramedics zapped me
Died after 2 month coma after a bad beating in my twenties

Everything in the bottom two boxes and some of the top ones are open. Over 120 open tucks.
Could you please recommend where to buy a plastic container like this? probably even on Aliexpress I can find but I looked and couldn't find anything similar and big.

I still use a wooden box,I have some space but I have purchased many more blades in recent periods and I need new space for my blades.

You've had a most interesting ... life.
Wow. :yikes:

I shaved a fortune
Razor blade case
I use this one and it works great
Those are the ones I use... both for razor blade tucks and for general overflow.... I have the OEM handles stored in one, as I'm using lighter titanium handles quite often..... Anything shaving related that needs a storage place... extra parts, base plates, you name it... All stored in the master bath walk-in clothes closet.

Aw I`m so sorry Lockback - dropped in the deep end as it were - erm Mum was a concert pianist with the Halle Orchestra in the late sixties-early seventies - Dad was an F1 driver in the sixties but had to retire after a crash because of facial disfigurement and became a test driver - we had a new top of the range Jaguar, Rolls-Royce , Mercedes, Bentley, Bristol, Ferrari, Morgan, TVR, Bugatti, Maserati and Lamborghini every month - Mum got a white E-type Jag for her 21st birthday because she passed her pilot`s licence - so she could fly to Brussels from Barton.

Mum left my Aunty for dead and she had two degrees - no time for uni because she brought up two little boys single-handedly.

I was in hospital a year at a time with chest complaints lol - I had to learn to walk and talk - three times - whatever doesn`t kill you etc haha !

Visited 62 Countries - lived in ten since `69 - currently disabled but do my best to feed the homeless and my Gf sews and does upholstery for the needy.

I had many hobbies that turned into careers - got three degrees but still feel inadequate so I read veraciously - my fave hobbies are playing the tenor sax, herbalism and listening to shortwave radio.

Phones and `puters are just a necessary evil to me - I had a much better social life without a landline or mobile - done `puters since 1980 - systems analyst for ICL.

Love rare and esoteric books - they are spiritual to me and guide me.
Before you ask - normal traditional ones.

Thank you helicopter - I wish I could be sensible and normal - like you !
Erm no more Hi-Fi`s, kitchen knives, scissors , `puters, radios, books, razors or soap - got plenty - but, but, but doing my own perfumes again so it`s a rabbit hole innit ? haha !

Some essential oils, concretes and attars and the CO2 absolutes are thousands a teaspoon - time to roll my sleeves up before I snuff it and do some good - cheer people up - no charge needed - they can pay me with a smile.
