I just wanted to drop a quick note and say how happy I am to be a part of the B&B family. I had a recent transaction with a member whom I won't name (JPDyson) and there was a slight hickup with the goods I received. The member had stated that he would ship a "less than perfect" Tech and a pack of Derbys. Well when I received the shipment there were no Derbys and the Tech was in practically mint condition! I sent him a PM with my thanks and mentioned that I didn't get the blades but that it was no big deal because of the condition of the razor. Low and behold two days later I get a package with tons of samples of creams and AS and 5 unopened packs of various blades! He went way beyond what was needed to keep me happy and he didn't even have to. I want to thank him again, this time publicly, for his generosity and kindness. He is a shining example of the kind of people we have here at B&B.

B&B is a great place with plenty of good folk willing to lend a hand to a stranger and yet ask for so little in return.
I find at least here the more you give the more you get in return, not necessarily in monetary terms but in advice, reviews and other contributions.

Obviously I'm way new to these boards as you can see by my post count...but one thing that stood out from day one is how no one is playing macho man and talking down to others like you see on countless boards. Take a trip over to the Men's Health website and checkout the wannabe tough guys there....so pathetic!

I've made a single purchase on the BST aswell and at first it was less then stellar. The bought razor didn't show up after weeks of the inital purchase. But the seller kept in touch with me and even refunded the money after a short time. Nevertheless it arrived and I sent the original price again. You can't blame the seller for the shipping companies faults.
