Yet another pizza thread

Yup, another Dutch oven pizza thing. Used a different crust this time though. I kept it simple...like when camping.

We have fire.



Some store bought pizza crust in a 12" DO, lightly oiled with EVOO.



Lid preheated, coals layed out for the bottom heat. That's not a coal in the center, just a burnt spot on the aluminum flashing I have down for a heat shield to try and keep the bottom of the cheap grill from burning out.



Baked the crust for about 10 minutes before adding toppings.



Added some sliced Mozzerella cheese, Ragu pizza sauce, a couple of Italian sausage links crumbled and fried earlier, some lightly cooked in a skillet Canadian bacon, and some pepperoni, then some shredded cheddar, onions, mushrooms, and black olives.



Put four more coals inside the coal ring on the bottom and about six more coals on top, and we are bakin' away for about 20-30 minutes.



I think it is ready, but not real happy with the new type of crust.



Add a little Parmesan, salt, and crushed red pepper and I think we are ready to eat. It was soooo good.
