Happy belated birthday Adam! Hope you had a good time. Where were you camping at, and did you get to use your bowling ball while golfing?



I bet your birthday cake turned out great.

Did you use an aluminum pan for the cake in the oven or did you just put it in without anything...and...drum roll please...Any pics.?

I used a parchment liner in my dutch oven. I don't have any pics from my birthday cake but a few weeks before I had made a trial cake while camping in southern MN that I do have a pic of that I will post next. Bowling ball didn't get to come out!! Neither did the clubs! Oh well we had a great time. We were at a state park real close to home here. It was a hot one!! The wife and I were in charge of activities so we played kick ball with baby pools as bases. What a blast!!! Good way to beat the heat.

Great lookin' cake there, Dude. I'm gonna have to pick up some parchment paper...just never have used it.
