part if my massive haul at a yard sale. Anyone know anything about. A Fighins Special Razor?

And how do I find out if these can be restored to working condition?

That just needs the rust sanded off and honed. Looks great otherwise. I believe it's a "Three Crowns" razor given the tang stamps.

What does 3 crowns mean? Is that the maker?

Just a trademark. Heljestrand(A really famous swedish maker) used it. Probably a small German company trying to capitalize on their reputation. Fighins is the maker of yours.
