You should make one thread for all these razors/questions, probably.
This is your run of the mill American Razor. Challenge was (obviously) a cutlery company. Nothing really exceptional (in a good or bad way) about their razors in my opinion. Should be a pretty easy restore as its problems look mostly superficial (light rust and grime). It's not got serious damage or hard to fix wear. Really just needs a honing and a bit of sandpaper, just like the other two you've posted.

Thanks. I just used one of these razors. Very nice. It’s small and loud and a good shaver
Some of that rust on the edge might give you issue, but it might be just on the surface. A good cleaning and honing and it should be good to go. A nice American razor. Its worth a little work to make shave again.
