How does you find the hair of this brush? Does it have a strong backbone?
Yes, it have strong backbone. Perfect to lather in bowl. I never make the lather on my face, so I don't know if the backbone it's comfortable for that.

Pictures just don’t do this brush justice. It was only $17 on Ali Exprees, but it looks and feels like a very expensive brush and handle. My first use was on a hard puck of original Mitchell’s wool fat. The synthetic whips up a fast and amazing lather and it is the softest brush I own when painting on the lather. It just feels like a luxury brush to me. That said, the synthetic also takes a bit of effort to splay when loading or face lathering. I have had synthetics break in just a little bit over time before. We shall see if this one does. I’m thrilled with it, especially for the price. Home run, Yaqi.
