WWII Issued Tech Razors Educate me Please!

I Have Heard About An All Black Model (As pictured in the wiki), I Have Seen one that had a bakelite Bottom and Handle with Black top, And one with a Black top, Silver Bottom, and Bakelite Handle.
So which one is a WWII Tech? or are all of them WWII Techs?

Probably all of them are WWII-era razors. The war effort made metals of all kinds scarce, and Gillette was probably experimenting with different designs. But we do not have very good records, at least that I am aware of. The all-black is usually called the "contract tech", some may have been issue razors, etc.
