Hello, I'm selling some straight razors off that are out of rotation:
1) Robert Williams Purist - Too short for me, I like longer blades. The bevel on this is uneven, I've tried to capture it in pics. It came to me this way and hasn't affected shaving performance. It basically has a microbevel on it, and shaves OK but I just can seem to get into it. It is a solid 15/16. Selling price: $385 CONUS shipped
2) Dorko 300 - Not much to say. I bought 2 of them years ago and haven't touched this one, so I guess it is NOS. Cheap red plastic scales and is about 15/16-7/8, I like the shave I get from its twin, but this probably needs to be honed up, so not shave ready. Selling price: $150 CONUS shipped.
3) CS "Doble Temple" Filarmonica - Not your traditional Filarmonica. This is a heavy blade that is "fourth generation" Filarmonica, and can be difficult to hone. I've shaved with it but have so many others in rotation I don't reach for this one often, since it is so plain. I wouldn't buy this expecting a traditional Filarmonica, this is a completely different beast. Blade is 7/8. Ask for more pics if needed. Selling price: $125 CONUS shipped.
Thanks for looking!
