I am sure some guys here can relate to this. I was a sixteen year old kid in 1974 working in a supermarket. I remember very well all of the different de blades there were and how much they cost. I also remember all of our little towns drugstores and the razor displays i walked by. Now had i been a little smarter i could have bought some of the blades for like .79 cents a pack and stashed them away. Yes i have some packs that i have hoarded for 40 years but i kept them because i liked the different ones. But new razors i bought none, just used hand me downs for years. My ex must have got them because i don't have any now. I do have my Schick injector that i got free in the mail and a few blade packs for it. But had i bought all of that stuff blades would still cost a buck and razors would be a dime a dozen. Oh well...Bob

hahah good un. Cracked me up that did.
Just imagine how I feel -- 44 years old and just started DE shaving. Spent years dreading to shave and resenting every penny spent on razors and shaving products.
If I could go back I'd spend my money on stocks and keep the beard I had...
I'd be happy with a few shares of Sony circa 1968, a warehouse filled with Pre CBS Fender Stratocasters, and a 5 O'clock shadow.
