I am sending out the razor that was my grandfathers to be honed also I have ordered another razor and a strop from Vintage blades. In the meantime I have a Boss Barbers Hone on it's way which I won on eBay. Will this hone be enough with proper use to keep my razors shave ready or will I still have to send them out for honing until I can afford more stones? And if it's not enough , what at a minimum will I need?

That's plenty. Take good care of them and you may never need to hone them. Who knows? Make sure the barber's hone is lapped and ready to use before using it. Often those on the 'bay can have some chips and uneven surfaces.
If your razor is honed and you get your stropping technique down quite honestly you'll have that razor going with just a barbers hone for a long time.
