I just received this rare Wilkinson Sword Contact and the Contact blades, which are not so rare:

So the Ultra uses ATRA carts? ie pivoting head?

Is it a heavy handle? or all plastic?

Yes it's Atra compatible, it's all plastic with chrome.

Would the blades fit the UK wilko protector? I've always liked the handle but the blades IMHO are useless for me.

No the Contact is an Atra compatible razor. So compatible with Atra/Contour/Slalom, Schick Ultra/Pivot, and Wilkinson Sword Profile Pivot etc.
