Everyone knows they are interdimensional beings. Our simple cameras are only two dimensional.
Those fortunate enough to have spotted one of these magnificent creatures most likely are shaken by the gravity of the moment, hence, their hands tremble while pressing their camera shutter. I have not personally experienced this, but up close, these gentle giants are probably quite imposing.

Because when the picture is NOT blurry, the people taking the picture see that it is simply a bear or something else easily explainable. Only the blurry ones get questioned.
