I know Target used too, I have forgotten which brick & mortar store sells it... Maybe an online source?

Now that is good!
Thanks for the B&BW info guys.
Wow that freaked me out man! Very very funny indeed.
Bath & Body Works (at most major shopping malls) carries C.O. Bigelow's Shaving Cream ... it is made in Italy by Proraso (as stated on the the box.) $10 for a 5oz metal(!) tube. It comes in a distinctive bright green box. You can often find it on a B1G1 sale, or catch it bundled with other Bigelow products.
What the heck?! You guys are getting ripped off! My local Bath & Body Works sells the 5 oz tube for $5, and the 10oz tube for $10!
Actually, I want to know where you're buying yours from. It only comes in the large 5 oz tubes and 1.7 oz travel tubes as far as I am aware.

About 3 weeks ago I went in to buy some C.O. Bigelow. I was running low on my Proraso, and figured I would give it a shot. They recommended the 10 oz, which they said they just got, so it is possible I was getting some promotional pricing to try and sell the 10 oz tubes. But honestly, it comes in a 10 oz. I bought the 5 oz, because 10 seemed like a big commitment when I had 3 soaps and 3 creams on their way in the mail.
Stop by and see if your local B&BW are carrying the 10oz.
UPDATE--So I decided to call my friend who works in the Victoria's Secret across from the B&BW in my mall (they happen to employ most of the same girls). She buys the stuff to shave her legs and pits, and was the one who suggested I go in and get some C.O. Bigelow. Apparently, the 8 oz is "in trial markets" and they are going to stop selling the stuff in the store sometime this month. The cheap prices are promotional prices to get the few guys who do buy it to buy the larger tubes. I was mistaken as to there being a 10 oz tube. My apologies.
Why Saginaw, MI is a trial market, I don't know. This at least provided some clarity to this whole situation.
Ah, interesting. I'd never buy a tube that big because I'd never use it all, I have so many.
8 ounces? Why not go all the way:
