Yeah, looks like the box took the brunt of the last 100 years or so.
That was me. With the serial number being what it is, I was surprised it didn't go higher. Then again, that case & blade holders didn't really help the sale.

everything I bid on I get out bid with 2 secs left to go
that is called bid sniping. People use an automated service to place their bid at the last second. Happens all the time.

All in all it is fair game. I learned to raise my bid to the maximum that I want to spend or what I think the razor is worth to me. So if I get out bid (sniped) then at least I can rest easy at night
I usually wait until the last 30 secs or so before bidding. I was unaware that there was such a "service" to snipe the auctions. I thought it was a term for people (people) waiting until the very last possible moment and submitting a bid...
Amen to that. Otherwise you go crazy getting sniped all the time. I just put in my bid and then wait for the email that tells me I was outbid...

Same here. I have a maximum in mind that I will bid for a razor or any item and will place that bid with about 3-5 seconds left. If I get outbid then it doesn't bother me as someone obviously wanted an item more than me.
I like to wait out my auctions. Whether you snipe or not, you're gonna get outbid if someone wants it more. I wasn't in favor of sniping, but anymore, I don't care. I'm gonna beat out your snipe 9 times outta 10 if I have my heart set on something. You're just make me pay a little more than I thought I would.
