Had 2 cups of Folgers Decafe this evening. Folgers has some love here.
I do and it doesn't affect my sleep...I only get 3 hours with or without coffee
I do take a cup of coffee after dinner because for me it eases the feeling of fullness after supper. But when I was diagnosed with Acid Reflux I limited my coffee intake and now I only take a cup of coffee during breakfast.
Before during and after dinner. Coffee helped me kick my MtDew habit.

Coffee is healthier than The Dew.
And coffee doesn't give you thick spit. I love the taste of Dew, but I don't have it very often.
Time for MORE coffee but i have to drink through a can of cheap garbage my wife bought. Cant complain though she thought of me and supplied my caffeine lol.

I wish I could and get away with it. An insomniac from way back I don't even do decaf after dinner.
Dinner isn't complete without coffee. We've been doing it that way since I was a kid and I'm over 40 now. Unless I've had three cups after dinner, sleep isn't a problem.

How about Decaf?
I had a Bailey's decaf last night.
Since there was booze in it, I'll allow it
IMO it and Community Decaf Coffee are the best Decafe.
