I watch TCM exclusively, so I see a lot of DE and straight razor shaving in my movies. Key Largo (1948) was on the other day with Edward G. Robinson getting a "not too close" shave. Interesting that the cream used is wiped on and not brushed.

Another one that comes to mind is from Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House (1948). Cary Grant is just trying to get a little mirror time. The video description says he is using a Schick Injector, so likely someone from here posted it to youtube.

As soon as I saw Brad Pitt face lathering with his boar brush (looks like a boar), in the movie "Fury", it reminded me of this thread

Few minutes later Brad Pitt looks fresh as a daisy...no cuts, no weepers, no razor burn...Ahhh the magic of TV, if only it were that simple.

Towards the very end of the show, they run a spoof commercial for a "Triple Trac" razor, "because you'll believe anything."

She spent about $500,000 on this project, between 1928 and 1935. That's almost $9,000,000 today.
