The classic postwar-Japan film "Late Spring" (1949). Model unknown. Could just as easily be from a Western company like Parker as one of the "big 3" in Japan - Pilot, Sailor, Platinum.

In the 2015 Indian Film, Main Aur Charles (which apparently means "Charles and I" in Hindi), we see a newspaper publisher signing a contract to buy the story of serial kill Charles Sobhraj. Can't identify the pen, which doesn't seem like anything special, but when you're attuned to seeing fountain pens, you notice this sort of thing.

It's an interesting "based on a true story" depiction of a charismatic psychopath. Without being excessively Bollywood-ish, it's still a bit different from what I'm used to watching.

The two part TV movie, Going Postal, based on one of Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels, takes place on a distant fantasy world of magic and strange creatures. For all that, it has a very 19th century English ambience, and part of that is the use of dip pens. There are many scenes of people using them, here, in a scene near the start of the film, con man Moist von Lipwig is writing a letter.
