White Elephant Gift Exchange

Our annual White Elephant gift exchange at work is coming up and I haven't yet decided what I'll bring this year. Last year it was a can of Treet (which is still sitting on the desk of the lucky fellow who got it; I think he'll be re-gifting it in this year's exchange).

What are some of your favorite White Elephant gift ideas??

I work in a small office and one of our co-workers is pregnant. We set up the exchange and then secretly planned it as a baby shower. She was really suprised and it was a lot of fun.

My family is doing an exchange like this this year and I got a DVD copy of "The Holy Grail" to take. I may try to steal it myself!

I got a bottle of vintage Greek wine from a friend who had worked at the US Embassy in Athens. He had ben carrying it around with him for a million years. It had a lot of sediment in the bottom and it was inky black, but when I decanted it, it was fantastic.

I use my old standby...a Zen rock garden. You can find them at the Dollar Store and it gets me out of a lot of awkward moments.
