Which type of Lady (dark blue, light blue, pink or champagner) belongs origin in the case with a white bottom?

I´ve a pink Lady Gillette in the white case, but the blades are wrong.

I have seen blue in the case twice, but I don't remember light or dark.

I agree. I've seen the white case twice or thrice. Also with a blue Lady.
I received this set in this constellation six month or more ago and I was't sure if it's correct.
This Lady dated G-4 (1961) and the silo doors are brushed.
The dating of the blades is ?? H-1 (1962) ??
There are all of papers and all is unused.
I think these white cases were for the first Ladies only.
Can you get a hi-res (readable) scan of those instructions for me? I'd like to provide them to the missus for hers.
