Whisk or K-beater, Kenwood Chef KM400

I haven't used my Kenwood for years. This week I wanted to bake some cakes. But I've lost my K-beater and whisk, I still have the dough hook.
These parts are still available, but what do I need, the K-beater or the whisk?
