I looked at the Parker 24C to see what the head configuration looks like. It's an open comb razor. Apparently, according to the OP, it's a mild shaver. So...I would go with the RazoRock BBS Open Comb. It appears to be similar in configuration and is purported to be a fairly mild shaver. If you wanted something more aggressive, I would consider the RazoRock Lupo .72 Open Comb. It's one of my favorite razors.
