Which Savile Row is best for face lathering ?

Since I am a recent convert to the pleasures of face lathering.
This would be for use with hard soaps.

I like a handle of at least 50mm and like soft rather than scratchy.

I would look for some of the models in the 20 to 22mm range.

Take a look at the 3722. I just got one last week and it is excellent. Nice vertical strength, 22mm knot, and very soft tips. I think you would like it.

The best one for face lathering is the brush you like the best.

I had the 3120 and I loved it. Outstanding face lathering brush.

I have a 3124 with a short loft (under 50mm) and it is great. Having it be a bit smaller than 24mm knot would rock though.

My 3722 is a superb brush.

The 3824 is a big brush, but gives a luxurious face lather.

I agree that both the 3120 and 3824 were excellent at face lathering. The new, shorter-loft -20 was exceptionally fine.

I recently acquired a 3722 and it is excellent. I use it with TOBS, MWF, and Mama Bears soaps and it just gets better and better.
