I like Voskhod blades. Many don’t but I do.
Polsilver, second Voskhods
Wizamet SI. Just used the first blade that I bought for the 6th shave and it is as sharp and smooth as it was on the first. Might be even better.

Astra SP has the best balance of sharpness and smoothness that I've found in a Russian blade.

I really like Astra SS and 7 O’Clock SS. And you can get the Astra really cheap too.
I'm not a huge blade buff, I haven't tried them all, but so far all russian made Gillettes work quite well for me except for the 7'o clock yellow, and the rapira line. I'd say probably the best is the Gillette new platinum/old swede, but depends on the razor really. Otherwise voskhod/rapira plat lux.
Most Russian blades are very good. My favorites are Rapira Platinum Lux, Gillette Nacet and Astra SS.

It depends how tough and coarse your beard is. If your beard is a bit softer - Voskhod and both Astras might be more than enough for you. But if your beard isn't soft at all then - Nacet, Perma Sharp, Polsilver/Wizamet, both new and old Gillette Platinum are going to perform much better. Just buy a sample pack with most highlighted blades and give them a try to find out what works for you best. Otherwise, you will hear mixed opinions and tastes.
My favorites are all from St. Petersburg: GSB, Nacet and Astra SP (closely followed by the Wizamet SI)! 
My own personal preferences are not Russian blades at all; that said, I've never found any Russian brand to be downright bad. All of them are, at least, good blades. My experience is that the Gillette production from St. Petersburg tends to be somewhat better, in general, than the blades from the outfit in Moscow whose name is something like Mostelgemash.
