Which is Easier to Build a Lather With?

  • A pot/tub of shaving cream

Truthfully, I've had very little trouble with either. An oddball here or there but neither soaps nor creams as a lot have given me problems.

Creams I would say. It depends on which cream/soap you pick-up but on average, creams are easier.
 
It's much easier and quicker to whip up a lather with the shave cream. Soap gives a much better shave, though.

I haven't had much trouble with soaps but creams are easier as they don't require as much effort to ready the soap and load the brush.
 
Soaps give a much better shave because of the consistency of the lather from the puck but creams whip up faster because they are predissolved. In addition, you can have equal success with both of them.
 
Jeez, Tabac lathers so well I really don't think it would get that much easier with cream. I mean how easy do you need it to be?
