Which Imperial Barbershop Pomade Is Most Like....

American Crew Fiber?

Is it the Imperial Barbershop Matte Pomade Paste or the Fiber Pomade? What is the consistency/color of the two? Clear, white, opaque, translucent? I love the IB Classic Pomade which is a high hold, clear, nice light scent, with medium shine.... but I also like using a low shine pomade with decent hold at times and I think one of these two would fit the bill, but I'm not sure which.

Any comments from guys who have used one or both of these firsthand would be greatly appreciated.

The Matte Paste is a white paste. I don't thinks it's as hard as the Crew fiber.

Thanks. Not sure what the difference is between the Matte Paste and the Fiber Pomade other than price and hold strength. I'm guessing that Fiber Pomade is what I want because it has a little more hold I believe.

I would guess that the Fiber is what you want as well. I've only used the Matte Paste(which I love).
