Just keep it going for future generations. I hate bumping old posts, but I totally agree. Since this is not an every day thing for most it is hard to keep it updated
Wilkinson Sword (7) and finished. It gave me 7 smooth shaves with just a hint of tugging on my last XTG pass. Not bad !

New Chinese Schick Injector - 8 shaves was the limit. Not the 10+ I've been reading here, but my technique probably needs work.
Astra SP (7)..In fact, I regret I did not toss this astra sp away after 6 shaves. Got a bad shave tonight.
This is a great thread. It's the first time I see it. I will be posting to it when I'm done with a blade.

Personna Blue. These, specifically.
One shave. I know these are well loved, but for me, they are horrible. Got a good shave with them. I usually can with any blade as long as I watch technique, but the shave was tuggy, and just generally uncomfortable.
I'll give them a try again later. There's always the chance I got one bad blade in the pack, but right now, I'm not impressed. Reminded me of Derbys.

A yellow Bic. Have gone through a 5 pack and was not happy with the blade. Very rough no matter what razor head I used. Even my mild one caused irritation with this blade. Happy to have moved on.
