Nordstroms is a great place to check out frags and get some samples. Everytime I go there they throw the samples at you. Also you can make your own. They usually have small plastic decants with a spray top in a small bin. Just fill it up with whatever testers they have out.
As far as online sources, I like fragrance.net. They usually have 20% off coupons and a huge selection. Shipping is a bit slow (about a week) but the money you save is worth it. Also they have pretty good deals on testers, recently got a 3.3 ounce full tester of Burberry London for $28.00....
Also Overstock.com has some decent prices as well plus coupons.
