I noticed Saponificio Varesino just released their new Cosmo line. Does anyone know (besides their main website) if anyone else sells this stuff yet or if any other wet shaving store/site plans on selling it in the near future?

Yes. I've ordered direct a few times. The last time was Tundra Artica. About a week after I received it, Phil was selling it.
