Where to buy Safety Blades:Brick and Mortor edition.

Hello all, so my blades were shipped on Dec 1st from Santa Ana, CA, destined to arrive here in Sacramento on the 4th of Dec, right when my last blade would be running out of useable sharpness. Turns out that USPS thinks that Anchorage, AK is on the way. I have no idea when I am going to finally get this package, most likely Monday or Tuesday. So I ask you forums members this:

Where can I go pick up blades at a store? I do not have an Art of Shaving near me. I have no idea who would sell DE Safety blades. Walgreens? CVS? Walmart? Target?

Walmart sells personnas (not RP-IPs) at a reasonable price, as I understand it. CVS sells their store-brand blades (probably the same personnas), but they're overpriced. I don't remember if Walgreens or Target sell DE blades, but if they do, they're probably the same blades as Walmart or CVS. This thread also recommends checking local dollar stores for dorcos.

For some reason Wally World sells the Personna's cheap and every other chain repacks what appears to be the same blade and sells it for 3 times as much.
Mind you this will not be your favorite blade but will get you by in a pinch!

You might want to try 99¢ Only Stores. They carry the same Personna DE blades as Wal-Mart under a different brand. I've seen packages that indicate the blades were made in Israel. The blade dispenser and printing on the blades are the same as the American-made Personnas seen at Wal-Mart, CVS, Albertson's, and Sally's Beauty Supply.
