Where to buy decants?

Anyone know of a good place with a wide variety of smaller decants of edt's/colognes for sample purposes?

New to the forum and wet shaving in general; loving the site so far!

Add Lucky Scents to your list. And some of the makers offer or may oblige with samples. Floris and D.R. Harris come to mind; maybe TOBS. Also I think the Shave Den at least used to sell samples.

I would not recommend the Perfumed Court. I made an order on 4/20/2012 and was not told an item was back ordered. I sent two emails to ask when I should receive the decant, one on 5/11/2012 and one on 5/24/2012, and finally received a response on 5/28/2012. My item finally arrived sometime in early June 2012.

Archerfire and Garry, right here in the vendor section! You won't find better deals.

Start here with our vendors. You'll get the best prices and service not to mention that they are part of the B&B community so they have a finger on the pulse of fragrances that are typically more appealing to B&B members in general. You can also keep your eyes on the BST as there always seems to be fragrances sifting through that forum.

While I agree with everyone above (especially about the vendors here) if you're not in the US you'll find that getting samples is a little more difficult. Great shops that I've dealt with for shipping to Canada are:

http://decantshop.com
http://fragrencex.net

You can also look at http://fragrencenet.com. I've not ordered from them but they're similar to fragrencex.net.

Decant Shop comes with my highest recommendations as their customer service was superb. My order was delayed by one day while they were waiting for one of the colognes I wanted to come in and they sent me a free sample for my "troubles". They also emailed me multiple times, first to let me know about the delay and give me a list of samples to choose from, then with info about my shipment and finally emails to confirm I received my order. They are top notch and I'll definitely continue to order from them.

Cheers,

M.

I have had very good transactions with Archerfire.

Surrender to Chance is excellent. I have stopped doing business with perfumed court due to long time to receive the decants.

Have had good dealings with some people on Crystal Flacon. I can give you specific names my msg if you would like.

Luckyscent is the best for full bottles, but I find their decants to be too small to get any worthwhile assessment of the scent (plus no sprayer just tiny vials).

I've recently ordered from Garry's, luckyscent and decantshop all with no problems, but I think Garry's and decantshop go above & beyond if you need some help.

I have to give some credit to decantshop. I placed an order with them and within just a few minutes, I rec'd an email letting me know that my order was being filled and would be taken to the post office within an hour or two. she also included an extra sample based on what I ordered along with suggestions of other fragrances I might like. All around, phenominal customer service there.

I agree with this. The Perfumed Court has a very high processing time. It took so long to get to me I forgot I was even waiting for a package.

Lucky Scent would be my choice. Though the samples are small and have no sprayer, they are adequate enough for one or two uses if you transfer it to a small decant with a spray top.
