The castle is referred to as Roscommon Castle, and was occupied by the O’Conors during the 15th century for a bit. So you win. Your turn.
My wife’s family is O’Connor with two n’s. Those O’Conors had one ‘n’. My wife’s ancestral home is in Ballyhaunis, County Mayo. We went to the Roscommon Castle driving to Mayo from Dublin. It’s a cool spot.
