Where exactly is Badger and Blade located?

I've been frequenting this site now for over a year but for some reason today I looked down to see that all times are in GMT -4. I happen to fall in the same time zone and that got me wondering, where exactly is B&B located? I've looked through the site to see if I could figure it out- to no avail. So here's the question:

Where is the actual physical location of Badger and Blade?

(state/province/small tropical island is good enough- nobody needs a street address)

Wherever you can look - wherever there's a fight, so hungry people can eat, Badger and Blade will be there. Wherever there's a cop beatin' up a guy, Badger and Blade will be there.

It'll be in the way guys yell when they're mad. It'll be in the way kids laugh when they're hungry and they know supper's ready, and when the people are eatin' the stuff they raise and livin' in the houses they build - Badger and Blade will be there, too.
