I ordered a couple Merkurs and called them to add to my order last minute, order was correct and super fast. Ordered late Thursday evening, received Monday. LAX to DFW? That fast doesnt seem possible, 2 1/2 business days. Da#$ their good!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm afraid my paypal account and their website have met each other and became friends. UhOh!!!
Ordered some stuff from them about 2 months ago. Not only did I get my blades, AS, Skin food, some soaps and creams, he tossed in a free Speick bath soap and 2 samples of the Dr. Harris cologne (Marlborough and Arlington). And only 3 days to MA. Needless to say, if I have a shaving related purchase to make, WCS is one of my first stops to look for it.

Thanks for your good comments guys, It means a lot to me to give WCS some credit and praise. Some folks take the time to post a complaint but don't give praise. I want to be the one who takes the time to post positive experience, give credit where its due. And with these folks good feedback is without question due. Thanks again to all those posting in my thread, I love the spirit of this forum!!!!!
+1 Yeah, I think my Paypal account has decided to get married to their website.
I've had great results in any dealings I've done with WCS. Its nice to know that there are companies that know how to take care of business. 
They're fantastic. I bought my Shavemac from them and was planning on buying a travel tube for it, but forgot to add it to my order. I sent them an email after the order had been placed, asking if I could pay for the tube separately but have them shipped together, and they threw it in free of charge. Result? I am now a loyal WCS customer. 
+1 for John/WCS/letterk. Class act, great guy, great prices, selection, and top notch customer service....even if it is his wife that fills the orders, lol (I kid)...
Like everyone else here, I've had nothing but great interactions with the site.
+1 to John @ WCS, I ordered back in October *first order from him* for a refill of Tabac and Proraso White. I did get it pretty quick and will order when I need more soap and creams as well as anything else!
